Restore your iPhone from a previous back up:
1) Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable
2) Open up iTunes
3) Right click on it within the Device menu
4) Click on Restore from back up
5) This will restore it to the settings of the back up with everything that was on your iPhone at the time
(Everything gets restored to that point: Photos, Safari data, apps, settings, contacts, emails and photos)
