How to get pictures off of a water damaged iPhone? (32GB, can't connect to computer)?
I damaged my phone a few weeks ago so I took it to a shop to get fixed. They told me that it's permanently damaged and won't turn on completely. I Can't CONNECT TO VIA USB. So there's no way in me connecting it to a computer to retrieve the photos. I have over 3,000 pictures on the phone so iCloud is not enough. Is there anyway I can get the pictures transferred to my computer? If I buy more iCloud space, will i get my photos? I don't mind spending money, I just need to figure out how to get my pictures without connecting it to the computer.
Unless the phone turns on, there's no way the phone can connect to the internet to upload the photos to iCloud no matter how large the space there's in the iCloud. The only way I can think of is to bring the phone to a really good shop, let them open it, let them get the data component, and salvage any data that can be retrieved. However, if the phone was turned on when it was still wet, the electronic parts could have been damaged, so I guess there will be no easy way to retrieve anything from there.
