How to get rid of iCloud and Apple ID that aren't mine?

So I bought an iPhone off eBay because I broke mine and didn't feel like paying the full price for a new one. When it arrived, the person i bought it from left their Apple ID and iCloud accounts on there. Is there any way to get it off?

They will need to erase it for you and put in their ID, then you can setup your own on it. They can also do it remotely will find my iphone.

To Delete iCloud Try This -

Go to Settings
Then to iCloud
See Below there's a "Delete Account" Button. Turn off Find My iPhone before doing. Then Tap the Delete button.
Tap Delete from my iPhone

Now To Sign Out of iTunes

Go to Settings
Then to iTunes & App Store
Tap on the ID
Tap Sign Out

THIS SHOULD WORK IF NOT THEN CONTACT THE SELLER AND TELL TO REMOVE THIS iPHONE FROM HIS ACCOUNT OR ERASE IT BY FIND MY iPHONE.

  • My mom and i got the same phone and same plan yet her internet loads all the time and mine never does? Two iPhone 7+. Same unlimited data plan. Yet literally no matter where I'm, nothing that uses data loads unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Yet my mom's internet loads no matter where she is. It's even happened that we're in the same place trying to load the same thing and hers loads while mine doesn't. Yes, I have my data turned on. I've made sure all my data settings are identical to my mom's. So i really don't know what could be causing this.

Everytime i sync my phone with iTunes it comes up with all the really crappy music from iTunes account on my music and it gives me the option to download it off of iCloud, is there anyway to get rid of this? It's not so much a problem, just more of an inconvenience! Any idea how I'll do that?
