How to get signal from vodafone on my iphone 4?
Hi. My mum recently gave me her iphone 4 while she got the iphone 5 as an upgrade, i've never been on vodafone before but since i got a new sim card its been rubbish! I can only get signal in my house when i'm connected to our bt thing, when i'm out i can't do anything, surely there must be a way where i can get signal wherever i go? When i'm at work on my break i want to go on my phone but it doesn't work, can someone help please?
Are you certain you have a Vodafone service? Do you pay them? If so, CALL them for help.
Go on the Vodafone website and do a post code check for signal. You can search what the signal is like in your house.
If you are on contract ask for a "sim swap" you may have a dud sim. Failing that try a hard restore of phone it could be just a simple thing like that to fix it. Hold down the home button and lock button until the screen goes off and apple logo comes back on.
