How to get soap out of my iPhone?

So last night I went to a foam party and the bag I had my stuff in broke and my phone got soaked. I took it home as soon as I could (which was a couple hours, I'll be honest) and rinsed it in alcohol and then popped it in the bag of rice. It looks like its drying pretty good- the water is out of the camera and everything.
I'm wondering if I can plug it in and turn it on, as I desperately need my phone today because somebody is going to try and get in touch with me and I really need to take that call.
Also, the linings in the headphone and charging things are white, somebody told me if they were pink that was a big problem, but they're white.
Do you think the battery is fried? And should I try to plug it in?
Also if I take it to the Sprint store in the event that it is fried completely, what should I do/say so they'll get me a replacement phone? I've gotten replacement phones for free there before but I'm pretty sure water damages work differently.

If you can possibly avoid turning it on for the next 2 or 3 days, that would be best - if there's still water in it and you turn it on, that could cause more damage.

Exactly how badly it's damaged right now is impossible to say.

As far as what will happen if you bring it to Sprint, it almost certainly will show water got inside it (even if you dried it out), and that kind of damage is not covered by the warranty - but if you have a separate phone insurance plan, then that might be covered.

You should vacuum it but don't use a blow drier
