How to get songs off my iPhone?

So. My dad bought some jazz songs awhile ago, and for some reason, they synced onto my phone without me syncing my phone with the computer. I can't remember if I had automatically sync new songs on, but I don't think I did. Anyway, they've been on my phone for about 4 months, and I can figure out how to get them off. The songs won't even play on my phone! I can delete other songs perfectly fine, but these seem intent on messing with me.

1. Connect to iTunes
2. Check the box to Manually Manage Music
3. On the sidebar expand your iPod and click on the Music section
4. Find the songs and delete them

If that doesn't work for whatever reason you'll have to do a restore via iTunes

Depending on what version of IOS you are on and what model of iPod you have you could possibly use SharePod (www.downloads.com and search for SharePod) to do it, but I haven't used taht particualr program for quite some time.

Good Luck

Oh and by the way, some Jazz is really good, like Count Basie, Etta James and Louie Armstrong but some really does suck like progressive jazz and alternative jazz.
