How to get the icon back on my iPhone 5 screen?

So I accidentally deleted snapchat. The icons were shaking and I hit the X but a confirmation didn't pop up, it just disappeared! I went to the App Store to download it again and it just says open. I still get notifications and after I opened it I can get back to it the apps opened spot but the shortcut is gone!

What I think happened is you swiped your snapchat to the next page in the menu. Just look through your selection of apps and it might show up. Though if that doesn't work, go to settings, then general, then usage, then click on snapchat and delete it. Once it's deleted redownload it and you'll be fine.

  • Why doesn't my iPhone 4S lock screen not have the slide up and use camera icon? The OS is 5.0.1 (duh) and I haven't jailbroken my iPhone. Is something wrong? Because I haven't had the camera icon on my lock screen since the day I bought my phone… I still have to double tap the home button like on ios5… Please help?   • My cydia icon has gone, how can i get it back? I was deleting themes and tweaks off cydia and it said to respring so i did, then it wasn't there anymore. Iv tried restarting it and turning it on and off a number of times but its just not there. I still have the theme and tweaks i had on before it had gone but now its just not there. Help! I have a iPhone 4s btw! Pressing the home button and the power button do not work.
  • Loading icon has been on my home screen for two days? (iPhone 5) I don't know why it's there. It only shows up when I'm on the home screen and it goes away when I'm in an app. (There's a pixel requirement w the photo so there's a lot of unnecessary things in it) But it's at the top, as usual, next to the carrier. I don't know I just want it to go away bc it's very annoying.
  • Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
