How to give someone a purchased audiobook?

I have some purchased audiobooks i would like to share with someone. When i plug in their iphone to my computer and try to drag and drop them it won't let me?

Is there some way to do this?

You can't, obviously that would be piracy.

You buy a second copy for them. Or you hand them your device with the files on it and let them use it for a while.

Usually if you go to your computer's files you can find the actual mp3 file for the audiobook and can copy & paste the file to their iPod/iPhone.

Sometimes audio files and things like that have piracy locks on them so you can't download them on other devices.

If you bought the audiobook on iTunes then you can log into iTunes from your friends iPod/iPhone and download it from your purchased items.

  • When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
  • Is this an amazing way to give someone a gift? Last week I said I wanted an iPhone she told me to get her one (jokingly of course) so I replied yeah of course I will. Should I stick a piece of paper saying iPhone 5 on a bar of expensive chocolate and say "i couldn't get you an iPhone, but I got you this"? Will she lol
