How to go about making an iphone app?

I recently have gotten into app development. But I don't know how to code, nor have I ever went through the process of making one. I would like to know how to create one, where to sell it to ( heard apple) how many downloads I need to even make a profit. How I make money if its free.

First of all you need to learn objective -C programming. It is ESSENTIAL for making iOS Apps.

Now you need a mac, if you already have one go and download the Xcode and developer Suite. And yeah, you will obviously sell it in the iOS App Store. To sell it in the App Store you will also need a Developer Account which will cost you $99/per year. And you will get 70% of what you sell, so if the app is free you won't get any profit unless you ad Ads in your Apps and have In-App purchases.
