How to Hack Grand Theft Auto Vice City for iPhone/iPad/iPod?

I want to hack this game i'm stuck on a level where we need to blow up things in like 2 minutes the meter should be filled i can't get through it any help with the level would be appreciated or if hack available i would love to use it!

Since the download is almost 1G alone, will this slow my iPhone down? I currently have 11.7G available, but obviously will be using more later on.
