You can't, those apps are for retriving forgot passwords that you connected to before with your iphone, and some of them are just brute force which suck because they can take up to a lifetime to hack a password. I mean it literally a lifetime, IF lucky
people just hack the network using a laptop or something then you can connect to it with your i-phone because you will then have the password
you need some programs called commview ( i recommend 6.3) or airodump along with aircrack - ng for WEP secured networks
and a live backtrack cd for WPA / WPA2 passwords, using airmon and reaver
it's pretty hard though and i just said that for educational purpose if you do anything i'm not held responsible
