How to i access my iCloud drive on my iPhone?
Basically i understand how to access my iCloud drive file on my mac, however, i can't seem to figure out how to access my files on my iPhone (iOS 8.1.1). How do i get my iPhone to the iCloud screen showed in the attached picture.

Short answer: there's no app, but you can view the files from within an app that supports accessing / loading from / saving to your iCloud drive.
- Where are all of the collections pictures on the new iCloud drive? After downloading the iCloud drive on my windows laptop, I opened it and realized it was empty. I thought that this was like a backup place for everything you want on your iPhone? None of my pictures are there, and the photo stream in my file folders on my laptop is only showing 7 photos. How do you get all of your combined photos on the iCloud drive?!
- Is it free to access iCloud on your iPhone? I'm just wondering after seeing a second hand iPhone 3gs that i'm tempted to buy, is it free to access iCloud. Also does it take any data away from your monthly contract (E.G If I had 500mb of data would it take away data from that to access iCloud, or is it a completely free service) Thanks!
- If I delete contents from iCloud drive does that I'm deleting contents from the MacBook Air? Also, is there a way of transferring contents from iCloud drive to Mac and if so, how is it done? I want to delete everything in my iCloud and keep those contents on my Mac.
