Use Icloud or email them to yourself.
It's very easy. Here are all the steps you should follow.
1. Unlock your iPhone if you have a password.
2. Connect it to your laptop and click "trust" when it asks you to trust the computer.
Go to iTunes and make sure it recognized your iPhone.
1. Click the "iPhone" icon on the menu.
2. Check "Sync Photos"
3. Click Choose file and pick the photos you want to get on your laptop and click "Apply". That s it.
You can do it without iTunes, go to "This PC" or "My Computer" or whatever and you should see your iPhone. Right click on it and press "Import pictures and videos".
Could email them to yourself
Mac - connect to computer, use Image Capture
Windows - connect to computer, look under This PC/My Computer
