Why would you expect to install BBM (an RIM product) on an iPhone (an Apple product)?
The BBM App you are referring to only runs only Blackberry Mobile Devices.
There's no IOS version of the BBM App for Apple Mobile Devices.
And, there's no Android version of the App, for Android Mobile Devices, either.
