No one knows how to jailbreak iOS 6.1 untethered just yet. Team evad3rs were planning on releasing the jailbreak today, but it doesn't seem like they are going to meet the deadline. They will probably release it within the next couple of days. Here is a video with more information about the new 6.1 jailbreak. I have same phone. Waiting for evad3rs to release their Jailbreak.evad3rs are the only hope. Don't get trolled by fake jailbreak websites and organizations.

So don't waste energy searching on google about how to jailbreak. Just count on evad3rs go evasi0n.
Anyway, devices prior to A5 can be jailbroken no matter what ios. But no jailbreak for A5 device yet.
