How to jailbreak ios 7 (over the air updata)?

I want to jailbreak my iphone 4 which is ios 7.0.4.
But I updated my iphone over the air (without itunes)!
The question is:
Can I jailbreak my iphone without restoring it with itunes. Because I don't have an ADSL and i'm working on a limited network so i only get 10gb per month and its slow.
