How to JAILBREAK iPhone 3GS version 6.1.3?

I decided to go ahead and try out the iPhone on Straight talk. I'm now trying to figure out how to jailbreak this thing? I've heard you can do it without a computer but google only shows a couple of sites to download for it… Issue is I do not own a mac, I have a rinky dink old windows laptop. When I say old-- I do mean old. WIll it still work? Has anyone jailbroken an iPhone? What did you use and how did you do it?

For your firmware version, you will be limited to a tethered jailbreak, meaning that every time you restart your iPhone you will have to reconnect it to your computer to turn it back on again.
