How to Jailbreak iPhone 4s safely and free?

I have an iPhone 4s on IOS 6.1.3 and I was wondering if there was anyway to jailbreak it for free? If you've jailbroken your iPhone 4s can you please tell me what you used and how it worked? I'm new to jailbreaking and i just don't want to mess up my iPhone or pay for anything. I also want it to be safe and be able to reverse the jailbreaking.

Unfortuanately, there's no way to jailbreak an iphone with an A5 chip (your 4s has one) that is running ios 6.1.3. However, ios 7 should be coming out this month, so stay alert for that.
Also, NEVER pay for a jailbreak. They are ALWAYS scams and a way to get your credit card and personal info.
