How to just use Wi-Fi when downloading apps on Iphone 5s?
I have straight talk and just got it yesterday and already use 500 mb? Wtf i haven't even used it a lot when i'm not connected to Wi-Fi. I'm so confused
Is your phone connected to home Wi-Fi?
Turn Wi-Fi assist off (in settings, cellular)
Also turn off cellular for high use apps line iCloud, iTunes and App Store.
Turn your data off. Leave it off unless you need to do something when you are not at home. Then turn it off as soon as you are done using it.
Turn on your Wi-Fi. Turn it off when you are done downloading the apps and games you want to download. Then turn it off again when you are done.
Even if you are not using your data, if it is turned on, your phone will use data. Your phone will use data to automatically update games and to ensure that you have a data connection.
I use Net10 prepaid service. I never turn my data or Wi-Fi on, unless I'm using them. Then I turn them off as soon as I'm done using them. I don't want to use all of my data when my phone is just resting. Keeping data and Wi-Fi turned off also saves my cell phone battery life.
- Will downloading alot of apps slow down my iphone? I download apps all day, I delete at least 5 apps a day if i don't like them. Does this impact my iphone?
- Problem with downloading apps.iPhone? I have a jailbroken iPhone 3gs and my iCloud doesn't work and my apps are stuck on "Waiting" and they won't download. Is there anyway i can fix this?
- None of the apps on my iPhone are downloading anymore? I have an iPhone 4s and none of my apps will download or when i try to update the ones I already have, they don't load either. It just keeps giving me a message that says "Unable to Download Application. (whatever app I'm trying to download) could not be downloaded at this time." I have tried shutting my phone off many times and even deleting apps to make sure I don't have too much. Not sure what else I can do.

I'm brand new at all this! I'm a married mom looking for useful apps so far I have found instagram haha
