How to know if I have a virus or spyware on iPhone?
I think my iPhone has a virus. Once every now and then when I'm browsing the Internet another website pope up saying "you may have spyware please contact 1-888… "
Is it possibly to get a virus from websites browsed. I don't download anything and I completely reset it last week (lost iTunes, apps, numbers etc)
There are no viruses the sites you go on just want you to buy some spywhere
I hate to tell you this but your iPhone, like all other smart phones, is spyware. They collect, store and save forever everything your doing including your location at the time your doing it.
Its a scam! Don't do it. There's nothing wrong with your iphone

You can download and run anything you want from the appstore as all code gets reviewed before it can get in there, so you don't have to worry about any viruses.
I think the browsing you are seeing are just popups on the websites, not on your phone.
It's a misleading ad.
- Why does the FBI have such a hard time cracking iPhone encryption. Why don't they just use the spy agencie's methods of using spyware? All you need is their phone number, and a cheap piece of software and you have access to everything on the phone (including deleted info) Why make a huge scene about it, when there are much easier ways to bypass lock screen encryption? You don't even need access to the phone, it can remotely install with just one phone call to the number too… Just saying, if the FBI really wanted in, it would be very easy
- Virus or Spyware on iphone 3GS? I was checking my email earlier on my iphone 3GS and opened what I thought was a legitimate email from my friend but it turned out to be a spam mail. I clicked on a link and it brought be to a website about working from home and so on. I'm not sure if it had any virus or spyware attached to the link but is there any way I scan my iphone for this? Or do iphones by default not get any virus or spyware?
- Using Mobile Phone Spyware with Unjailbroken iPhone 4s? The phone I wish to view is an iPhone 4s, while I own an iPhone 4. Neither of ours are Jailbroken. I became aware that in order to use Mobile Spy the phone had to be jailbroken. I was seeing if there was another software that could be used that doesn't require me to jailbreak either of our phones. and if not, who's needs to be jailbroken? Mine or theirs? P.S. We both have the ios 6 update
- IPhone Spyware: Restored from backup. To late to restore to factory settings? Believe an Ex jailbroke and put spyware on my iPhone. Connected to my computer and iTunes but restore from a backup not to factory defaults. Concern is that if I do so now, is my computer and the restore already corrupted? Does iCloud make a difference?
