How to light the nether portal in minecraft?

I already made the portal and got flint and steel but it didn't work. I play it on my iphone and i heard your supposed to right click but you can't right click on an iphone… Can someone help me?

I think you need to make a 4x5 obsidian portal thing or maybe 4x4 then light it with flint and steel

You need to use a Nether Reactor, not a nether portal, in the pocket version, from what I've read.

You need to light the inside of the portal

The nether it's added yet for minecraft PE

  • Where can I download a minecraft pocket edition 0.3 pocket edition by doriangh? It has to be by doriangh because I'm on a iPhone 3G which can only go to iOS 4.2.1. Minecraft pe needs iOS 4.3. The ipa by doriangh can however support iOS 4.2.1 thanks in advance
  • My minecraft PE won't open? It worked perfectly the first day but now it won't start every time I try to open the app it crashes before the game menu is on the screen I don't know if it's important but a friend downloaded the app in his account for me in my iPhone 4
  • Minecraft pocket edition Wi-Fi? So me and my friend want to play minecraft pocket edition and we're both on the same Wi-Fi and we can see each others server but for some reason it ALWAYS says "Can't connect to server" it's really annoying and were both updated, is it because I have an iPhone and he has an Xperia Play?

But they downgraded my phone all the way to 4.0.0 so I can't get ANYTHING and I love Minecraft wich is a 4.1.2 game. Is there any way I can get it without de jailbreaking my phone. (I turned my into the bat phone, it talks amd everything)
