How to listen to a specific radio station on my computer or iPhone?
So my friend has a radio show on the station 91.7 on Tuesday night from 11pm-1am and I really want to listen to it. ITunes radio was no help because you couldn't type in a radio station, you have to type in an artist and it plays music by/similar to that artist, just like Pandora.
So how can I listen to it? Is there a good app I can use? I tried to google it and even tried an iPhone app but I could find the right 91.7 they were all from different areas even when I added my location to the search.
I feel so bad because I told him I would listen and I really want to listen and its already 12pm! The show is half over.
There's an app called i heart radio. If you get it you can choose to listen to a certain radio station or you can also listen to music like on pandora
Google the radio station by Call sign, and the web site should have instructions on listening to their stream if they stream. As you have learned, there are a lot of the 6622 FM stations in the US that might be on the 91.7 frequency.
Try TuneIn radio app or you may have to look to see if the station is on iheart or they may have their own app, if tuneIn doesn't work. You can check tunein, before you download the app on any pc/mac browser with flash installed.

- How to listen to radio on my iPad/iPhone? I used to have an iPod nano 5th or 6th gen, and it had an option to actually tune into radio stations. It actually had like a dial and it received the radio frequencies. It wasn't something like tunein, but it actually acted like a real radio. Is there anything that does this on the iPad/iPhone now. An app or some hidden feature? Any help is greatly appreciated!
