How to lose weight as a teenager? - 1

I'm a teenager girl, 15 years old and sadly 175 pounds. I has enough of being obese and started working out recently.
I exercise 3-5 times a week which is cardio and strength. I use the Nike Training app on my iPhone some Insanity here and there, and I eat healthy foods; like whole grains, fruit, veggies, fish, chicken, turkey and drink water. When I have a chance, I drink kombucha (a healthy bacterial-fungus drink that cleanses the body. Works wonders! ) and green tea with a bit of honey. I make my own healthy food for dinner, lunch, and breakfast and a few snacks that's are healthy as well! But what throws me off is that you have to burn more calories than what you eat and my food is a bit more than my exercises. Will I lose weight or will I gain weight? And what exercises should I do that will help me lose weight?
My goal is to lose 40-45 lbs. Within 6 months or before my birthday in August. I just need a push in the right direction!

Since you are only 15, I advice you to join sports, and since you are dieting and you are doing regular exercise, you should lose weight in no time. Also, "Rome wasn't built in a day" so results won't show immediately, sometimes it takes a two weeks to even a month to see weight loss. So as long as you are eating healthy and doing normal exercise at the same time, you will lose weight in no time.
