How to make a gif from a movie?
I want to be able to make a short second video with a few scenes from a tv show on netflix with background music and stuff. I can't find any apps where i can record a scene myself. Is there any apps that can do that on an iphone?

After saving it to my camera role I uploaded it to tumblr but instead of playing as a GIF it stayed as a JPEG and didn't play So I sent it to myself on iMessage because usually that is when a GIF plays and saved the one I sent to myself, uploaded that, then it still didn't play? Can someone please help me sort this out
