How to make a photo collage on computer/gadgets just like the inside of a scrapbook?

Does anyone know how to make this kind of picture on computer or gadgets (iPhone, iPad, Galaxy Tab, Samsung Note, etc)? Does it need a specific application or something?

- I just accidentally liked a photo of my crush posted like 4 months ago I accidentally clicked the "like" button in my iPhone and then clicked unlike right away. Will she get a notification from me? What I did was, Unlike then blocked her because i freaked out. cuz I don't want her to think that I'm like stalking her pics or wtever. Will she still get notification if i UNLIKED the photo right away? I'm pretty sure she's not online cuz it was like 6:00 am in the morning!
