How to make a small picture big and not blurry?
I found a old picture of mine on google images, I searched my old Instagram and found a good picture of mine. I saved it but it's super small and blurry. I want to upload it on Instagram but I can't cause it's too blurry. So are there any apps for the iPhone that I can download to make it bigger and not blurry?
You can't just stretch something small big and think its going to look fine, common sense should have already told you this.

Furthermore, the technology you're looking for does not exist.
You have to get the actual image, you were viewing the thumbnail image (small image). There's a bigger image, you just have to find the source.
You are experiencing first hand why it is so important to save your original images in their full resolution and either on your computer or on a burned CD or DVD.
It is of course too late to do anything now and there's NO app for what you propose… Like using a single gallon of paint to paint a barn.
Generally it is not possible to improve a seriously blurry picture. If you do not have the original picture stored at good resolution then - tough! Sorry.
Learn the lesson; backup/store at full resolution any pics you take onto a back-up medium of some sort - DVD, external drive, etc. Always work on a copy file.
There are no apps for phones or computers that can make small blurry images better, because it's not possible.
Don't you have the original images? Didn't you keep them? If not, then you are out of luck.
If its only small but not too blurry, you can try my app, Rasterfarian to enlarge it. If its blurry or pixelated to start with, click the box under advanced options that your picture is blurry *before* you upload it. This can help the blurryness, but can only do so much.
