How to Make An App Like Talking Tom For Free?

I love those talking apps for ipad/iphone and i was wondering since there are do many of them, I thought I'd want to make one! Please I want to know how to make and app like those for free with no experience.

  • What's a good talking app for iPhone? Hi, what's a good app where I can talk on the phone for free and watch videos at the same time. I tried a app called upptalk and I was talking on the phone but it seems like when I click on a video it will automatically hang up.
  • What is a good app for Instagram to make our pics look like tumblr ones? I have an Instagram account and I see all these pictures that have thick white boarders at the top and bottom. I was wondering what app you could download for an iPhone that did that so it looked like a tumblr picture.
  • What app is used to make edits like this? I find the edits like this hilarious: I want to know where to make them. And are there any similar apps for iPhone? If so, could you list some? I'm not looking for filters or brightening tools or anything, I just want an app used for adding text and photo-shopping.
