What app is it that makes iPhone photos look like this?
What you are looking at may be the results of taking a nicely composed shot and adding more garrish colour and then using a pseudo HDR tool to over process the edges in the image
I guess someone will write an app to do that, but the best way to find out how the person did this is to ask them. Is there not a name attached to this Instagram, someone you can ask?
