How to make iPhone apps work with school Wi-Fi?

My school has this wicked fast internet and I can connect to Wi-Fi after input the required proxy inputs. I hooked up my iPhone to the network but I realized a great number of apps are not connecting to internet. Apps like Line! Viber, Facebook, and Jango Radio. Not to mention games too. The question is how can I by pass whatever is blocking the connection between these apps and internet when I use the school's network.
excuse my IT illiteracy but we use HTTP proxy (Server and Port) and every time I want internet I have to log in with my school credentials. The funny thing almost all websites are unblocked but apps in iPhone and even my computer are not responding well when I connect to this network. Any suggestions?

No, not really… For the last decade schools have learned to block all the sites silly teens waste time on, if you were to find a way, your school would block it, as soon as they noticed your activity.

Sadly you must only do your school work on your schools network.
