How to make more room for stuff on the iPhone 4?
So I went to download some music on my iPhone 4 (8GB) the other night, and I hooked it up to iTunes as usual. At the bottom it shows 4 little lines: Photos, Documents and Data, Apps, and Other. All I would like to know how to do is how to clear some of the Documents and Data section (which takes up 2.05 GB!), as well as clear some of the Other section which takes up like 1, 040 MB.
If you have iBooks on your iPhone look in there for PDFs you have opened. You can delete them.
It's very simple, delete what you don't use!
- Will buying more iCloud space let me download more apps, songs, and photos? So i have deleted apps that i don't really need and deleted songs i don't listen to but still there's not enough space to even take a photo, A pop up comes up that says to manage my icloud storage. Would purchasing more icloud storage allow me to download more apps and have more songs and pictures on my iPhone 4 from sprint? It is an 8gb i think.
- More you use an app the more space it takes up on iPhones and iPads? I have an iPad and new iPhone 5 that I just got. I have rhapsody on both the same app and amount of music basically (iPad as seven more songs on app) but on the iPad the rhapsody app takes up 2.8 GB and the iPhone takes up 1.8GB. Why is that? The more use the app the more space it takes up even if you're not adding new content?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- How to make sure updating to iOS 7 won't delete my stuff? I no longer have the computer that syncs with my iphone so I haven't been able to back up to it in about half a year. I'm afraid if I update without backing up anything (mainly my music) that it could delete everything. Even if it did delete everything, I would have no way of getting it back since I don't have that computer anymore. Should I just not update just to stay on the safe side?
