How to make my internet on my iPhone(5) work fasting?

So I have a lot of apps of my phone and I have netflix and other social networks. But the problem it never happened to me before. One time it's perfectly fine and the next its no signal. What can I do to make my phones internet faster? What do I delete? Because I'll.

There could be numerous issues regarding this. First, are you connected to Wi-Fi or Cellular? Do you notice it more so on one or the other.
