How to make sound quality better on iphone 4?

What can I do to help it?! I thought about making covers for youtube and when I sung my voice sounded really weird and when I talked it did the same it sounds kinda scratchy and dry when I talk/sing.

IPhones actually have a pretty good sound. I've heard tons and tons of YouTube videos made with IPhones and they sound way better than 90% of web cams out there. Try adjusting your distance from the mic when you're singing. It might simply be too loud and distorting.

What you hear on your phone is what you really sound like. It's not your phone, it's you that needs to be fixed up to sound better. Bad input=bad output

  • Why does my iPhone receive good quality videos as bad quality videos? So I recently met a famous guy in concert and when I got a picture wth him I was getting a video and my friend used her phone to video it. So she sent it to me and it was like terrible quality and the video was like little with a huge black border around it. But yet it looks perfectly fine on her phone? How do I fix it? Whenever I try to get video editing apps it always says error & only with that particular video. I have an iPhone 5c, and so does my friend.
  • Sound quality of the new iPhone 6s sounds horrible compared to iPhone 5s? I recently updated my iPhone 5s to the iPhone 6s and I noticed a significant sound quality difference. The new phone sounds much less clear and somewhat muffled, compared to the old phone. There's nothing blocking the speaker on either phone (not even a screen protector). I played the same song on both phones and the 6s sounds so bad. Has anyone else noticed this?
  • Sound better if i turn iphone sound at 50% and turn radio up? - 1 My girlfriend is convinced that it sounds alot better if i turn my iphone volume to 50% and turn the car's stereo up it sounds better as opposed to keeping the iphone volume at 100% and turning the car's stereo down… True or?
  • Just got Spotify Premium. Switched the music quality to extreme, and the quality isn't good? There must be something that I have to do because the quality sounds the same, even though I switched it to extreme. I made sure that I wasn't imagining it - I played my iTunes copy and it sounded so much better. This is the iPhone app, if that matters. What's the solution?
