How to make themes for iPhones?
I have a iPhone 4s iOS 7 and I want to start making my own themes. Can anyone help?
IOS doesn't allow themes.
You don't theme iPhones. Apple doesn't want you to do anything that they didn't intend. If you want to theme, get a Nexus 5 or a nexus 6 or any motorola smartphone. They are made for theming and customizing
