How to move pictures from an iPhone to a PC without syncing?

I can't sync my iPhone to this PC but I'd like the pictures to be on here. Can you plug the iPhone in and get the pictures off of it without it syncing?

Added (1). This computer doesn't even have iTunes, if that's relevant.

Dude, just get your iPhone charger and pull out the plug from the USB cord and plug the USB cord in to your PC: D not too hard

If Windows just find the iPhone under My Computer & transfer the pics
If Mac open Image Capture & do the same

Plug the iPhone into PC. Do not open the phone with itunes. Go to My Computer and select the phone from there. Then open the device and select the picture that you want to copy/move. Then paste anywhere in your computer.

If you have just few photos, just send mail with attachment for your pictures.

Please answer anything that will help, I've got well over 8,600 pictures/videos etc. My phone is jam packed & I don't want to delete anything at all, my apps keep closing as soon as I open them & I can't use snap chat because no space on my phone I'm stressed & I've looked up everything I can
  • Itunes not syncing iphoto pictures to iphone? So when i click sync on itunes, i want it to upload the photos from the albums i have selected in iphoto. However it is only syncing a fraction of the photos (194/450)? I have updated all my programs, and my iphone 5. I have deleted all photos from my iphone and reloaded, but still nothing.
