How do I move pictures from my computer to my iPhone 4?
You have to use iTunes to designate a picture folder on your computer to sync your music with.
Create a folder in which you will put all the photos you want to put on your iPhone in. Open iTunes, click on your device in the left panel, select the Photos tab on the main screen, tick the box to sync photos from: and select your folder with the designated photos you want on there. Click sync.
They will appear in a new category on your phone and can't be inserted as part of the camera roll. There's no way around that.
