How to permanently delete all my iphone text messages?

I have loads of texts from like 2012/13 on my iPhone and every time I delete them all individually! The next time I turn my phone on and off all the messages are back! It's really annoying and my phone goes really slow coz of it! Can someone help please

Have you tried syncing your iPhone with iTunes? The reason this might happen is because when you "delete" the messages, they aren't completely removed from your phone until you sync it with iTunes.

Delete the items from your phone, then use your wire (from your charger) to connect your phone to your computer. Open up iTunes on your computer and try to access your phone. It should perform a backup and sync your phone with iTunes. This should permanently delete the messages. (Hopefully xD)

  • Will the ios 7 update delete all my text messages I want to update my iPhone5 but, I can't/don't want to lose my text messages or my notes. When I updated an iPad, it deleted all the notes! So will that happen to my phone?
  • PERMANENTLY delete apps off iphone 4? So i went to the purchases list in itunes store and deleted all the ones that i didn't want but when i look at how much space all my apps are taking up it is still up to 6.2 GB of room. I only have about 6 apps on my phone now that i actually use. So i want all that room back. I can still see them on my phone apps when you can check or uncheck mark them.

  • If I delete All my photos from my IPhone cam roll, does that delete All videos as well? I have an iPhone 5 and have just downloaded all my pics from my camera roll onto my computer. Since they're now saved onto something else, I want to delete all of them from my cam roll-- but does this delete all the videos also? (somehow I'm unable to download the videos to my computer).
