How to play iPhone through Fiat 500 CD player?

I have the connector which goes through the radio but I'm unable to charge my phone at the same time as the connector plugs into where the charger goes so I do not find this option useful. I also do not have a cassette player so can't buy the cassette with the headphone plug in and I don't fancy paying £200+ to get blue and me installed. And making CDs is too much hassell! Any suggestions?

The Fiat 500 media system was designed around Blue & Me which is Microsoft Windows based. It's fair enough, as anti-microsoft as I'm, it's what they decided and it is a good system. With that in mind you aren't going to be able to play iPod/iPhone very easily. Blue & Me has a special iPod/iPhone connector which can be bought and plugged into the cars USB socket… Which I'm guessing you don't have because… Sounds like you have a 'pop' model. As far as I know only the base model Fiat 500 didn't have Blue & Me, on everything else it was standard kit.

Only other option is the radio jack thingy… Which you have. Yes, I know there's an aux socket for MP3 players but it is 100% not Apple compatible. So to conclude: No suggestions.

As you have bought the PRAM what did you expect.save money maybe but it will cost when mods like this need doing.
