How to play my downloaded music via itunes?

So I got an iPhone 5 the other day and I downloaded quite a bit of music onto it since then. Problem is, I can't get it to show up in iTunes. Could someone please provide instructions on how to make my music appear in iTunes?

You have to listen to your music through the orange music app down below

Right click the device while connected to itunes and it should have a transfer purchases option

you purchases will be sent to your itunes library

  • Why won't the movie I downloaded on iTunes play on my iPad or iPhone? I downloaded Scream on my iPad and iPhone, but they both say something about not having permission to access the requests.
  • Why can't I drag my downloaded music to my itunes? Sometimes I download music from mp3 skull and save it to my computer and then drag into my itunes for my iPhone whatever and it always works. But I just saved a song and when I just tried to drag it into my itunes there was a little red circle symbol with the line through it saying no, is there anyway I can fix this? I tried re-connecting it and doing it without the phone plugged to my computer but still nothing… Help please!
  • My downloaded songs on itunes will not play? I bought some songs on itunes and when I downloaded them the songs wouldn't play. How do I fix it? I don't know if this matter but, I have a PC laptop (Intel), I'm using both internet explorer and Firefox but I mainly Firefox, and I bought the songs from my iphone and then downloaded them from itunes to my computer
  • My downloaded music won't drag into my iTunes When I open my downloads file on my computer, and open my " on this iPhone " tab in my iTunes, and try and drag my downloaded song into the tab it has a red circle with a slash, and it won't sync my music into the " on this iPhone " tab. I don't understand why it's doing this, because before I updated my iTunes it worked. I tried to re-install iTunes and it's still not working Help?
