How to print from iPhone 5 with a Cisco Connect Wi-Fi Router?

I have the Cisco Linksys EA3500 Router, the iPhone 5, and an HP printer (that doesn't support AirPrint). I want to print from my iPhone - the printer is in the USB port of the router. How the heck do I get to print something? I'm able to print from my laptop to the printer with no problems because they're on the same wireless network, so why can't I do that with my iPhone?

Basically, what app or what steps do I need to do to make it so I can print from my iPhone?

You need a printer that supports AirPrint or you can get a app for your computer that makes it look like an AirPrint printer. There are also some apps that you can purchase for your iPhone that will let you print. Just make sure they support your printer.
