How to put music from pc to iphone?

So I've had my IPhone5c for a while so I HAVE ALREADY SYNCED MUSIC FROM MY PC WHEN I DOWNLOADED ITUNES.

I'm asking how to put NEW music from my COMPUTER pc onto my phone.

I already have Itunes.
I have already synced it the first time I EVER DOWNLOADED ITUNES.

I'm not sure what it means by "Are you sure you want to remove all music, etc from this iphone and sync to this itune library."

Please help, I'd love to put my new music I downloaded onto my phone.

Ps I hate apple products.

Just take any mp3 song, add it to your itunes list, then copy to the iphone. Its simple.

Because the new iTunes library dose not have the stuff in your iPhone anymore. If you sync your iPhone with iTunes, it will delete all the stuff in your iPhone.
