How to put music on an IPhone 4s?

I recently bought an IPhone 4s but I can't figure out how to put downloaded music onto it. It's not from ITunes, it's downloaded from Tubidy.

When I plug my phone into my laptop it says…

Internal Storage> DCIM

And when I click that sometimes it'll come up with my pictures and others it will say it's empty?

These are the only options that come up.

You can only but music from iTunes on an iPhone. If you want to download music download it on computer add it to iTunes then your phone

Yes, via a USB lead to your computer, you can only access your camera roll.

You'll need to install the PC version of iTunes onto your computer. You can get it from the Apple website for free.
Once you've got it installed;
- Plug your iPhone into the computer and open iTunes.
- if the music you want to put on your iPhone is on your computer, click FILE, then ADD TO LIBRARY. You will then be able to select the songs you want. Once selected, the songs will appear in the iTunes library.
- In the top right of the screen there should be a button that says "iPhone". If it's not there check the USB connection. Press that button and you will be brought to the screen with all the iPhone stuff.
- there will be a line of different options. Click the MUSIC one.
- at the bottom there should be little boxes, with the options; SYNC All MUSIC and SYNC ONLY TICKED MUSIC. Make sure SYNC All is selected.
- now at the very bottom, there will be something that shows the amount of storage used in your iPhone. Beside it will say SYNC, click that.
- it may take a little while to transfer over, but when the sync is finished you will be able to play the music on your phone.
