How to put pictures from computer onto my iphone 4s?

I'm switching from an android to an iphone 4s and I can't get my pictures on my iphone. I've found a million ways to put it on a computer but not from computer to the phone.

Connect phone USB wire to computer. Start>Computer>Phone DRIVE>Pictures(or whatever the folder is called)

then you can put pics in

Email your pictures as attachments. Open your mailbox in your iphone, open the email with the pictures. The images will automatically open for viewing, press the arrow key then choose Save Image. Then open your cam gallery to check those pictures. Hope this helps.

You need a USB wire or blue tooth ejector.
