You need to have an iphone cord and plug the widest part to the iphone and the other part to the computer then something should pop up saying 'open files'… You click on that. And then the rest is pretty easy. If you didn't get what I just explained then you can go to http://www.apple.com/...m/support/

Plug in to the usb port using the usb cable that came with the phone. It should come up and automatically ask you to import the pics. If not then you can go into my computer, and access the drive that looks like your phone or says phone. Go into the folders, there's only one folder that you can go into until right before you get to the pics. The pics and videos may be in different folders. Go into these folders. Ctrl + A to select them all. Ctrl + C to copy them all, this will leave a copy on the phone when done, or ctrl + X to cut, which will remove the copy on the phone. Then go to where you want to put them on the phone and ctrl + V will paste them all. Hint ctrl is the control key, hold it down and then hit the other key for which ever command you want, copy/cut or paste. You can also do all this by right clicking and selecting what you want to do. Sounds a bit complicated but you can do it, it is very easy.

If you want to put pictures from iPhone to laptop just connext the phone to laptop and press in ITunes sync bottom.

Those other options are great, but you can also email them to yourself and check your email on your computer then you got them… Or there's online storage such as Dropbox, box.net, mega… Ext. Where you upload them to the site, then goto the site on your computer and download them… No cables or iTunes… I personally hate iTunes ;-). Therefore love work arounds ;-)
