How to put songs from a CD on the new ITunes onto my IPhone?

I'm trying to transfer a CD onto my music for my IPhone but the new ITunes is really confusing and I'm not sure how to do it exactly. I imported the CD but I'm not sure what to do from here.

1. Connect the iPhone to the computer, using the included USB cable
2. Wait for it to auto-synch
3. There's no step 3

  • Why won't iTunes let me put certain songs onto my iPhone? ITunes used to work fine until recently. Now there are certain songs or artists that won't drag and drop onto my iPhone. Any answers?
  • New songs I put on my iTunes won't sync to my iPhone? I have everything I need to have music synced onto my iPhone, but it's not working. I have tried unplugging and replugging the cord, but it still doesn't work. I also tried updating iTunes, but it still doesn't work.   • I'm trying to put songs onto my IPhone? So i just got new songs, and a new Iphone. The Songs are all on itunes and i synced my phone. Its set to sync checked songs and all my songs are checked, but they are not on my phone. How do i get them from my itunes library to my phone?
