How to put text tone on iphone 4s, need download one?

See a link on u tube and said after song click get info, but its not highlighted so can't click on it, just want song for text tone

You can copy the link and paste it in your web browser

The only way is to get a ringtone app, get the song you want and download it through the app. Then you can open it up and use it as a text tone. It's Apple and they don't allow outside sources, everything has to come from iTunes or the App Store

  • Why isn't my text tone working on my iPhone 4s? It's a brand new phone. The volume is all the way up and all of my other tones work fine. In the settings, it indicates that it will both play the tone and vibrate when I get a text. It does neither.

These text messages come from a different number each and every time. (ie. 777203777562, 777… ). All text messages start with "alert@erie.gov".Is there any program or any way where I can create a ring tone for all these numbers without typing them all in?
