How to quit the game clash of clans?

Added (2). Guys… Just deleting the app doesn't work… I end up reinstalling it anyway and the phone remembers where I left off and I can continue like I never deleted it. I will try the uninstall option and see if the game comes back from where I left off if I reinstall… I want a way to wipe out history of the game and all achievemnents and stuff so that I don't return at all.

Delete it.

Uninstall. Have someone change your password to the app store (your apple ID), one that you can't figure out, so you can't download it again (assuming you have an iPhone?) And if you want to download a different game, they are the only ones allowed to enter the password.

Details description of question:

I started playing this game on my phone called clash of clans. I have been spending several hours playing it almost everyday for the last several months.

At first it was really fun… But as I kept going up levels, it's starting to consume my life. I'm more irritable and constantly thinking about the game and what buildings and defenses I'm going to upgrade and how I'm going to beat an enemy base in clan war. Whenever I max out at a townhall level, I feel good for a while then soon I feel that my defences are inadequate against higher townhall levels… So I end up upgrading (currently I'm maxed out at TH level 6, ready to upgrade to TH7) and it means more buildings, fresh redesign of base, more expensive upgrades, more time spent on raiding and farming resources and more time spent thinking about the game… It's starting to give me a headache as lot my real life things are being put on hold… But at the same time the fantasy of running an empire gives some kind of thrill

Everytime I've tried deleting the game, I end up re-downloading the app again in a few days and my phone seems to keep memory of where I left off. Has anyone every quit the game successfully? I keep promising myself that I'll stop after this upgrade or that achievement, but after each one, I'm greedy for more. The guys who designed this really know how to hook people in. Can you please give me tips on how to quit?

Go to the Play Store.
Scroll to the left.
Click on "My World"
Navigate to Clash of Clans
Click "uninstall"

If that is too hard for you, do this:
Pick up your phone/tablet
Firmly grasp it in your left palm
Raise it over your shoulder
Face your window
Throw with all your might.

Just delete the App.

Uninstall.

Just DELETE it.
