How to re orient iphone screen?
Added (1). So on my IPhone 5s whenever i try to scroll down it scrolls up and when i scroll up it still scrolls up and if there's multiple buttons i can push i will push the top one and it will push the one below it and when ever i try to move apps it flings them to the bottom of the screen and won't let me move them. So basically I think my phone needs reoriented and I don't know how to do it. Ps: I do have the newest update and I have cleaned my screen but neither of those things have helped.

I've tried holding the power button and the home button to try to reboot, but it does not work. The phone seems to still be working normally other than the screen. In fact, it is currently playing music. Does anyone have and suggestions on how to fix this?

I held the home and power buttons and it showed me that the battery was super low with the little red lines hasn't shown me that since now it's just frozen on black apple logo with white background and the screen flickers occasionally i've had it plugged into the wall charging for 2 hours now and still nothing should I go get it looked at by apple or do I just leave it charging longer?
