How to recover lost texts on iPhone 4?
I went away to camp for five weeks, and my phone was dead the whole time. When I went to turn it on, none of the texts my friends had sent me in that time period weren't there. Is it possible to retrieve these lost messages? It's the only way I can contact with my friends.
There's no way to retrieve them… You phone was off for so long that your cell company suspended the line till it turned back on so you didn't pay charges. In that time you call logs, messages and sometimes contacts that are on SIM are erased.
- Why does my iPhone sometimes send texts to other iPhones as iMessages then regular texts to iPhones? Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.

I'm on a tarrif where i get unlimited text 150 mins and 250mb of data (Vodafone) and i was texting my mother and all of a sudden my texts wouldnt send and then my network went it came up no service on my phone ( i'm using an iphone 3gs i don't care about what phone i have as long as i have one lol ) then my network came back on and i have my internet and my calls but don't have my texts can anyone help me to sort this out

Hi, yesterday I had to reset my phone (IPhone 8 plus) to factory default and restore it to its last backup (April 15th). I also have an iPad mini, which everything is Synced. I got everything back on my phone (up to date) except my text messages. I'm not able to access my computer right now and have read you can get them back my backing up you messages to ICloud. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
