How to reduce lag in online gaming? For pc?

So i play online on server on my windows 7 pc and sometimes i lag alot and it really annoys me. I have good internet and everything but yet it won't help.heres my speed test result if it helps.

Sometimes, the connection isn't the problem.

Can your computer meet all of the graphical and power needs in order to play the game at full speed? Are the servers good (foreign servers and servers with cheap cereal box routers won't cut it)? Also, check the type of game it is (as browser based games and flash games are inevitably going to lag).

On a side note, your iPhone is 2 months outdated.

It can take from 3 minutes to 2 hours to send a message and same with receiving a message. I'm using iMessage. It is updated to the 6.0.1.   • What causes the iPhone app switcher to lag? I just bought an iPhone 5 and compared to my 2.5 year old 4 it's crazy fast. One thing I noticed was that double clicking the home and bring up the app switcher was instantaneous, and on the 4 it took 2-3 seconds. Although now my 5 is starting to do it. What causes it and is it fixable?
