How to register my unlocked iPhone to a new carrier?
I just received a second hand iPhone, and I'm going to get it unlocked sometime this week. This phone was previously linked to Rogers as its carrier and I'm hoping I would be able to change it to telus. Once I unlock it, would it be compatible with telus or would I have to do something else as well?
Any help provided would be awesome!
I think all you would have to do is get a Telus SIM card and put it in the phone.
I'm not Canadian though, so it might be a good idea to check with Telus ahead of time and ask them: "If I have an unlocked Rogers iPhone, will it work with a Telus SIM card?"
- New unlocked iphone 5s (sprint original carrier) battery drains fast and takes longer to charge? It's a brand new phone from EBAY. Everything looks good except battery. it took about 2.5 hours to full charge, overnight it goes RED no SIM inserted and no usage just idle entire night, i upgraded IOS to 12.x still same issue. Please advice i like to retain this phone if battery issue is resolved otherwise return it.

I have an iphone 4s with virgin mobile and I want an iphone 5 but all virgin mobile phones are so expensive! I looked on ebay for virgin mobile nano sim cards and they are only around 2 dollars. If I bought one of these sim cards and a used iphone 5 from another carrier would it work with my carrier?
- How to register my iphone on itunes? I've never used a ipod or iphone before and when i plug it in, it doesn't show, i was wondering if i had to select anything on the iphone? It just doesn't show up on the side bar.
